The small box, sixteen days
The 4-Patch Box is the smaller Oxytrol for Women box. It holds 4 sealed pouches with one patch in each, enough for 16 days at one patch every 4 days.
Sixteen days matters for a first order. The label tells you to stop and ask a doctor if your condition does not improve after 2 weeks of use. One box takes you just past that point, so you find out whether the patch suits you without a shelf of spares.
The patch is the same one as in the 8-Patch Box: oxybutynin, 3.9 mg a day, for women 18 and older with overactive bladder.

Know before you buy
You pay for the small size. A day of wear from this box costs $1.12, against $0.80 from the best pack of the 8-patch box. If you already know the patch works for you, the larger box is the cheaper way to keep going.
How to wear the patch
Open 1 pouch and apply patch immediately to a clean, dry and smooth area of skin on your abdomen, hips or buttocks. Do not put the patch on oily, damaged (cut or scraped), or irritated (rashes) skin. Do not put the patch on skin with oils, lotions or powders because that could keep the patch from sticking to your skin.
Wear patch under clothing, do not expose the patch to sunlight.
Do not cut the patch into smaller pieces.
Wear only 1 patch at a time for 4 days in a row.
After 4 days, remove the used patch and apply a new one.
Change the patch every 4 days for as long as you use this product.
Each time you put on a new patch, change the place where you put it (i.e., abdomen, hips or buttocks).
If a patch falls off and you cannot press it back onto your skin, use a new patch.
When you take off a used patch, fold it in half with the sticky sides together.
Throw it away so that it cannot be worn or swallowed by another person, especially a child, or a pet.
Three places are named on the label
- Abdomen
- Hips
- Buttocks

Oxytrol Patch works well for me!
As of right now, weeks into using these patches, replacing with a new one every 4 days, I love these. They've changed my life. I feel like I'm catching up on years of interrupted sleep! Now I only have to take a few visits to the bathroom. Before, I felt like I had to go constantly and was always uncomfortable. Now, I feel so much more confident about being able to live my life, and my sleep is so much better. The only dislike I have is the redness on my skin, but I'm going to try rotating where I put the patch and see if that helps. I'm assuming maybe the redness is from me using the same location. I'm giving it 5 stars though because overall, this has been a huge benefit for me and I plan to continue using it.
Works well
Works for me well and give me comfort that I can walk for hours and not have too use the bathroom so often ..
Left awful red rashes and orange peel feeling skin for weeks.
I never felt these did anything for my urgency/frequency. Absolutely nothing. On top of no relief from OAB and nocturia I had three distinct, red, squares that lasted for weeks around my mid section. In addition, all rashes had an orange peel feel that also lasted for weeks. By the third week, the area where the third patch was applied was inflamed and highly irritated. I had to remove it two days early. Me never the one to give up and believing relief is just around the corner if I just give it time to work was going to apply the fourth patch that was in the box. Wasn't sure where I was going to put it with the previous red, puffy, orange peel feel areas from the other patches, but I was going to try. My husband was like absolutely not! Throw those away! One star from me.
Large Patch
This patch is huge. On me, it was crinkly and it creased so it wasn't comfortable. I was always aware of its presence and haven't found a spot that works for me. It might fit better on a different body type. I wore it for four days as recommended before changing it, but found it too uncomfortable and didn't apply a new one. It didn't do much for me but then it might not have been enough time for it to work..However, the brand's Oxytrol pills did wonders. Unfortunately, I'm very sensitive to fiber and found the fiber level irritated my digestive system to the point where I couldn't continue taking it. It would probably work well for most.
Wouldnt repurchase
I didnt find this very useful. If anything i think it was the placebo effect that made me go less
Great bladder control patches
Love these for my overactive bladder
